I have set up a mailbox just for this. I'm signed up for a few now, but I'm doing at least one or more a day. I think this is the wave of the future for finding good coupons and freebies. Proctor and Gamble has a good one. You can sign up for several of their product newsletters and be the first to get notice of freebies and savings.

I also signed up for the Good Housekeeping panel. They send you things to try, and you rate them. The disclaimer is scary, but you can pick and choose what you want to try.

Every now and again I go and read my email in that account. Sometimes I go and print the coupons. My closest market doesn't take internet coupons though, so I usually just buy the Sunday paper.

I have been emailing companies for products that I use. I have been sending them a nice letter about there products that I use and I have been getting some great coupons from them.
I sent one to Sara Lee about there bread and got a coupon for up to $3.00 off any product and 2 .35 off coupons.
Sent one to Pepperidge Farms about there english muffins and got a free product coupon up to $3 and some other cents off coupons.
I will be sending out these emails to different companies weekly and hopefully I can get lots of good coupons.
