I just started this fruality thing and what fun! I had to food shop tonight (I only spent $58 for the week...WOO HOO!) and headed to Walgreens which was on the way (planned my trip that way to save gas) :fdance: for a toothpaste special. They had a buy-one-get-one free on the large Crest 6.4 oz. toothpaste. Plus, I had a $1 coupon for each tube. I walked out of the store paying only .53 for both tubes. What???

Can anyone beat that?

Walgreens is the best for those kinds of deals. I often make a profit on my purchases because of their sales and coupons. Have you done the Walgreens rebates yet? You're off to a great start!

The only Walgreen's shopping I did this week was for the 99c cheese. I've gotten 6pkgs of cheese sticks & 4 pkgs of shredded cheddar. I may go back today for some more :toothy:
