Breakfast: Pineapple slice and half a box of raisins ..
Snacks during the day: apple slice, lots of gerber grad apple crackers, some plain cereal, about a slice of cheese
Lunch: Spagetti, mixed veggies
Dinner: Half a turkey/cheese sandwhich, Minestrone soup
I did about 40 min of yoga, and 35 min of step aerobics.
I should try and do my crunches tonight also
