I needed to workout today but was SO tired and did NOT feel up to it..

So I went and washed my face and it TOTALLY perked me up and got me in the mood to start my workout! :)

Just thought I'd share..since I know how hard it is to actually *start* the workout sometimes :)

This is a good idea anytime you are feeling tired and need a lift.

When I was growing up I spent many a night with my granny on the farm. Every morning she would run a sink full of freezing cold water and we all took our turn and went in and spritzed our faces to wake up and start on the busy day. It really is refreshing. Thanks for that tip and for the memory!
