View Full Version : What kind of workout do you follow?

I would like to work out somewhat-even if it is just 15 minutes per day or every other day. I need to tone up my abdomen-but I don't need a six pack! lol My abs are weak from the last baby, and I would like to strenghthen them. Any suggestions?

Crunches..reverse crunches..side crunches...and other types of cruches going against gravity and holding weights, or a medicine ball..

Also as you do any other workout, always keep those abs tightened
