Ok... all of you dehydrater girls out there... Do you spray your racks with cooking spray before you load the food on them to dry?

Cuz I made fruit rollups a few days ago that were a flop because I couldn't peel them off the sheets. And I have tomatoes in now that seem pretty stuck down to the racks. They have a few more hours, so hopefully as they finish drying they will unstick? *praying*

I think it would be ok, but have you checked the manual? It may say if it's ok to do.

It does say its ok... I just didn't do it. :)
Wondered if it needs to be for certain things?
