I was given a bread machine and I am just now getting to use it. It was new, but I must have misplaced the little recipe book that came with it. So does anyone have any bread machine recipes they could share I am out of bread today and I got yeast on sale last week, so I want to get a white bread loaf in there today.

I absolutely love my bread machine!! The recipies that came with it are out of this world! Here are my absolute favorites:
Traditional White Bread:
1 C + 2Tbsp room temp water
1 Tbsp butter or margerine
1 3/4 tsp salt
3 C bread flour
1 Tbsp dry milk
2 Tbsp sugar
2 3/4 tsp yeast
Add all ingredients in order listed. Use Basic setting
Garlic Herb bread (this one smells so awesome!!):
1 1/4 C room temp water
1 Tbsp butter or marg, softened
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 1/4 C bread flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried thyme (I use Oregano instead)
1/4 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Add all ingredients in order listed, use basic setting.
Old Fashioned Oatmeal bread:
1 C room temp water
1/4 C molasses
2 Tbsp butter or marg softened
3C bread flour
1/2 C quick cooking oats
2 Tbsp dry milk
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 tsp yeast
Add all ingredients in order listed, use Sweet setting.
Pizza Crust:
1/2 tsp salt
3 C all purp flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
about 7/8 to 1 cup water
2 Tbsp olive oil
Add all ingredients and use dough setting. When dough is finished, press dough out onto a greased cookie sheet or 12" pizza pan. Preheat oven to 400. Add toppings on crust and bake 15-20 mins.
Hope this gives you some ideas!!

Thank you so much. I had also wanted a pizza crust recipe. I want to make my own frozen pizzas so on hectic nights i can pop a couple in the oven with out the cost of ordering pizza and picking it up because we live out of town.
