so I took some advice from you all and I think we are going to be ok. Federal law the way I read it says that we could have a lapse of coverage of no more thsn 63 days as long as we had prior coverage for at least 18 months. We had a lapse but it was only about 45 days and before that we have had the same insurance for the last 8 years so i am waiting on the old company to send the certificate of coverage and then I will send it to the new company and that should take care of it!:cheer4:
