I'm Engaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :ring:

We got our marriage license yesterday, so it's not like I didn't know it was coming :doh2: but he completely caught me off guard last night.

We were getting in bed, as usual, and we always fall asleep spooning. Once he's behind me I always link my fingers in his, but he wouldn't give me his hand. Well, it's because he was hiding the ring in it!!!!!!!! It was soooo sweet.

My ring is beautious, and decidedly not frugal. I'll forgive him this time! :D

Hubby and I eloped :) Was just MUCH easier with our families, lol. In fact our wedding meal was biggie french fries and ice teas at Wendys :) We drove to a small town where his childhood minister had a church and tied the knot, the minister started the ceremony in his office, stopped, said "this isn't right, c'mon" and hauled us to the sanctuary :) All to ourselves, it was beautiful and we'd never do it any other way!

Well, sometime in the next 30 days. It's gonna be really low key...either at the justice of the peace or at the house. We've both been around the block and had the big weddings. This is just gonna be small, FRUGAL and fun. We're pouring $$ into the house right now and I have so much debt that we'd be crazy to go to VEgas which was our original plan. But we got our license here in KY so expect it in the next couple of weekends!! I'll definitely keep y'all posted on what we end up doing!!
