I just made homestead mamma's Applesauce Muffins from the Community Cookbook... they are DELICIOUS!
You guys HAVE to make some! I'll evan make it easy for you and post the recipe here!


Homestead Mamma's Applesauce Muffins

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar (I use 1 3/4 c.)
2 c. applesauce
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Optional:
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice


How to Prepare:

Mix first 5 ingredients well. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly (approx. 13 beats).

Place in muffin tins and bake at 325 for approx. 18 mins or until done.

There are some yummy things there, I tried one of HSMama's recipes (Chicken catatori ) it was yummy !!! Yesterday we made Dophin's Funnel cake...... Good stuff !!! We had some with powdered sugar and some with cinnamon sugar ....... Oh so good !
