After DBoyfriend deciding he wanted to break up with DD18 this past Tuesday, Friday rolled around and he decided he missed her. She was so upset about the break up. I knew she would take him back. I do like him, but once the initial impact of the break up was over, I was hoping they would give each other some time apart. I guess 3 days was all they needed. Well, we'll see what happens. Thanks for the prayers and good thoughts everyone.

I started dating my husband at 16 also, and when I see a 16 yr old boy I think he looks like a kid.

Maybe its just me but when I broke up with someone and got back with them later (this has happened in different relationships), it never felt the same. The relationship might limp on a bit more, even up to a year or two, but in the end we parted ways.

There is usually a very good reason for breaking up in the first place, in most relationships.

Hope this isn't the same for everyone.

Same with me too. I started dating my husband when I was 17, he was 22. Got married at 19 and 24:hugz:

I worry about my Daughter she has been seeing her boyfriend for two years and they got engaged on her 18th birthday at new year , they are planning to get married in 2010 . It is all the more complicated by the fact that he lives in England and we are in France , they speak every day and see each other for holidays but the whole thing worries me to death .
He realy is very good to her and 2010 is two years away so I am hoping for the best simply because no matter how much I might want to I cannot live her life for her .
