Homemade Focaccia Mix Recipe
Hi all,
:) I thought this would also make a great gourmet gift for a friend!

Focaccia Mix with Recipe
Categories:
Yield: 1 Servings
MMMMM----------------------MIX-MAKES ONE PK-----------
1 pk Yeast
1 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 ts Dried rosemary
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1/2 ts Salt
MMMMM--------------------FOCACCIA-SERVES SIX---------
1 pk Mix
1/2 c Warm water
4 tb Olive oil
Salt
Pesto
Mix:
Combine and store in an airtight container.
Focaccia:
Blend the mix, warm water, and 2 tb oil with a
dough hook or wooden spoon until smooth. If it is
dry, add water by the tablespoon. If it sticks,
add a bit of flour. Knead until smooth. Transfer
to an oiled bowl, turn to oil all over, cover and
let rise until doubled.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Punch dough down and roll into a 13X9" rectangle.
Brush with remaining oil. Sprinkle with salt; bake
5 minutes. Pop air bubbles with a fork and
continue baking until golden, about 8 minutes
more. Remove from pan and cut into 3" squares.
Serve warm with pesto.:D :D :D :D :D :D

I make this all time except I use the store bought frozen french bread, it tastes soooo good!
