Drunk Bananas Brownies

<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>In a bowl, mix the following: <BR>5 large bananas - mashed (about 2 1/2 cups) <BR>3/4 cup granulated sugar <BR>2 Tablespoons vegetable (canola) oil <BR>2 teaspoons cinnamon <BR>1/2 teaspoon salt <BR>1/2 teaspoon baking soda <BR><BR>Add: One (12 oz.) bottle/can of beer. Let sit for 15 minutes. <BR><BR>Add to above: <BR>2 3/4 cups self rising flour <BR>1/2 bag (12 oz.) of semi-sweet chocolate chips <BR>1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) <BR><BR>Do not over mix. Pour into greased 9 X 12 inch pan. Sprinkle the rest of chocolate chips on top of mixture. Bake at 325 F. for 45 - 50 minutes or until sides come away from pan.</FONT></P>

I had to see the recipe because I just pictured a bunch of
drunk bananas
sitting around eating brownies.

I never tried the recipe but it does sound like it would be good. Drunk Bannanas and all.
