Thanks, Lady V. I'm going to try this sometime next week. Btw, that second "1/2 cup shredded," are you missing one of the ingredients or was it supposed to be the cheese? Someone might have asked but I didn't see it.

Lentils don't actually need to be soaked the way beans do.

It was a typo, but by the time I noticed it, the "edit" feature was out of play.
