    Thumbs up Tangy Black Bean Salsa

    Chop, rinse, drain ingred. In bowl whisk the vinegar, oil & seasonings. Pour over bean mixture & toss to coat.
    Cover & refrig for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
    (1/3 c serving=63 cal, 3g fat, 2g protein, 7g carb, 2g fiber, 144mg sodium, 1/2 starch & fat eat up!)

    I don't see the cucumber listed in the ingredients - how much was supposed to be used?

    Today I added a can of chick peas, drained & rinsed to the salsa. Just so good.......
