    Default Mushroom Rice Burger Helper

In a large heavy bottomed skillet, cook ground beef, garlic, and onions on medium heat. (Make sure you don't scorch ingredients or the whole dish will be bitter)
After about 5-6 minutes, add mushrooms.
When ground meat is no longer pink, add all other ingredients.
Cook for 10-15 more minutes and serve with salad and fresh bread or toast.
    Enjoy!

I've made this dish with fresh mushrooms and canned...my family liked both, but preferred it with the fresh ones, and I felt better using the fresh ones also. I like to use fresh produce whenever possible.
