So excited, we are opening the pool tomorrow. Over the winter we have been losing water in the pool. Not sure what we are going to find when the cover comes off. We had a hole in the lining in the past that was patched. Don't know if it needs to be re-patched or not. Our neighbor said that they had holes in their cover and when they would pump the water off of the cover they were taking water out of the pool. This is also a potential problem. When I send out invitations to parties, I always put R.S.V.P. but a certain date. For me this is so I have enough food and what not for those who show up. What I don't understand is why people ignore this or question it. I was taught that it was good manners to respond to invitations. So, I have begun to get rid of stuff that we don't need anymore. It just so happens that a friend posted on FB that she was looking for old appliances that people wanted to get rid of. Well I had some great news. The DH company increased the buyout offer.They want 75 people to retire and only have around 20. He signed the papers yesterday.I am hoping they even increase it more, as they are still short a lot of people. My DH is going to cover my sons college fees for the coming year. That means I can finish the fix up for the last 2 rentals and concentrate on debt pay down.I am also listing around 6 properties. If any of them sell. I will also use that to pay down debt.
