  1. Goal Checkpoint, Marching into March

    With a new month starting, it's time for a goal checkup to maintain focus, strengthen any weakpoints, and generally reenergize my efforts.

    Goals for 2012:
    Personal
    Lose 21 pounds
    Eat consciously - Tracking nutrition and calories thru Spark People App
    Drink 64 ozs. of water daily - Definitely switched to water, met goal 8/29 days for February, tried Diet Dr. Pepper - TOO SWEET!
    Exercise 3x/week - Need to aim for arm strength training in March ...

    Sunday : roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, buttered brussels sprouts, pineapple upside down cake

    Monday: hot dog, baked zucchini "fries", broiled banana

    Tuesday: beef/noodles, buttered brussel sprouts, leftover cake

    Wednesday: lemon baked fish/onions , baked radishes, orange slices

    Thursday: potato chowder, poor man's rolls, mixed greens salad, fried apples

    Friday: tuna patty, cole slaw, sliced strawberries ...

    You may a reneck if you, feel like you had a mini vacation by spending the night in your RV in your back yard It was alot of fun! We went out in the evening and played a board game and listened to music. Billy feel asleep pretty fast. He had worked all night and stayed up all day. I got on the computer and read till I got sleepy. Molly was a very happy camper. The floor in our bedroom is raised on one side.   4. Testing, Testing Testing !!!!!

    Tonight we are going out in the RV to make sure the heater keeps it warm in there all night. We filled the propane tank the other day. It cost close to $100. Jason and Kim and family are coming up fo a visit soon and they will be staying in the RV while they are here I'm so excited about sleeping out there. I've put some snacks in the fridge and food for breakfast. Took all of our games out there the other day Molly is coming out with us(this should be interesting). She hasn't warmed up to the ...
