Water. Not so great. About 3 glasses. I was running around a lot, and just never really stopped to hydrate.
Food. Two cups of coffee. Half an apple. A small HM deli-style sandwich. A bowl of yogurt with granola topping.
Exercise. 20 minutes on the treadmill. Push-ups.
Overall, B-. I lose points for not drinking enough water. Otherwise, I did okay today.
