Starting out the week strong, I did both my free weights and 47 minutes on the treadmill. Drank 10 glasses of water, because I had already had my 8 when I got on the treadmill and thought I should replenish some of that water I sweated out!
Breakfast was a banana and two hard-boiled eggs. Lunch was a pita bread with hummus. I got hungry a few hours later, and ended up having a second pita with hummus, mostly because it was the last pita, and that always seems to be my weakness ...
