Living A Simple Life

Well, I was able to put $57 into my baby emergency fund today so I am now at $708.66, I am so close to getting it to the $1000 mark but it just seems to be dragging now. I cannot wait to finally be finished with it!! My mini goal for June is to have it done, I have a couple of more weeks and all I can say is that I am so looking forward to that!

I went to to see growth opportunities yesterday morning. I wasn't sure what they were exactly about but found out a few interesting things. I don't think that I will get any help from them for my business though as I also found out that they are basically a last resort if someone can't get a loan from the banks. For some reason I thought that maybe they were government owned and had funds set aside for people trying to get on their feet with a small business but that wasn't the case. Their loans are 2.5% above prime rates. She also mentioned that were I have such a great credit rating that I may want to go to my bank and get a line of credit.....hmmmmm, think that I will hold off on that and just keep plugging away. It will take me a bit longer to get everything in which I need but I am ok with that....I'll just keep paying cash a little at a time to get things up to where I need them.

I am off from all of my jobs today, I need to clean the house. I would like to also go and have a visit and tea with my mom. She is not very well health wise, I see how much she has failed over the past couple of years and she is only 67 years old. I have been trying to visit with her a few times a week between jobs.
