11th Jan WG Challenge

As of today i am going to keep track on what i eat to help with the weight gain.
Weight Today: 6st 11lbs / 95lbs
Breakfast: Cereal Bar
Lunch: Homemade Prawn Sandwich
Dinner: Chicken, Potatoes & Carrots
Dessert: Apple pie.
Drinks: Coffee x 2 (with 2 sugars)
Apple Juice x 1 glass
Pepsi Max x 1 can
Snacks: Crisps x 1
Fruit & Cereal Yogart x 1
Miniture Mars bar x 1
Miniture Toffee Crisp x 1
The snacks are eaten through out the day either between meals or with lunch, i was told to eat inbetween meals and just before bed. Tomorrow will be hard as i am working 2pm-10pm so i will have to have dinner as supper.
I will try and do this around the same time at night probably just before going bed.
