Breakfast: n/a - I did not have anything today
Lunch: Pizza Slices x 3
Work Break: Fish Filet, Apple Pie
Supper: Mac & Cheese
Drinks: Coffee x 1 (with 2 sugars)
Apple Juice x 1 glass
Pepsi Max x 1/2 can
Small Fizzy Fanta x 1
Snacks: Mini Toffee Crisp x 1

Not as much to eat as yesterday but weight has not changed. I have been at work today for the first time in a week so i have been active most of the day.

    Okay bournecrazy, you need to eat more than that in a day if you want to gain weight. I can't quite grasp the concept of gaining weight since I have to lose weight but I do feel sorry for you.

    Pastas are probably your best route. They add alot of calories.

    The only other advice I can give you is drink alot of beer but that is not the best thing for you....lol.

    Good luck. I think about you often, actually worried about how little you weigh so keep eating girl!!! Wishing you all the best.

    beer no way, i dont drink. But i can see where your coming from lol. Makes me think of DBF and his barrell (belly) as he calls it lol

    it was a bit of a bad day as i was working 2-10pm so by the time i got back in i was to tired and was to late to cook a big-ish meal. i will do better tomorrow as i have all day. I was thinking of making lots of meals so i could freeze them like pastas and rissottos i need to use a few things up.

    My advice would be to keep more snacks on hand! You should be eating 3 regular meals a day, then having at least 3 decent snacks each day in order to gain weight! Things like crackers and cheese or half a bagel with cream cheese, would help you put on weight quickly in a healthy way. Trust me on this...I've been doing it for years and have been putting on weight steadily! Now, I'm trying to move in the opposite direction! Things like cheese and cream cheese are good choices, becuase they are rich in things like calcium and good things, but they are also high in calories and fat, so they'll help you add weight!

    thats good to hear i love cheese, but cant eat to much as it causes acne for me *grr* I shall have to search more for high fat foods
