Breakfast: Muffin & Coffee
Lunch: Sausage & egg sandwich
Dinner: Salmon and homemade chips (fries)
Drinks: Coffee x 2 (with 2 sugars)
Cranberry Juice x 1 glass
Snacks: Mini Toffee Crisp x 1
Crisps x 1
Handful of chocolates
Not as good as i hoped, probably because i went to work for the first time in a week.
Did have 10 minutes on the wii fit earlier and it said i have gained 2lbs since Jan 1st. BMI went up slightly.
