Difference: Starting over as I can not read my scales (brain not functioning)
I will be getting digital ones for my birthday next week.
Breakfast: Porridge & Coffee
Dinner: Chicken risotto with peppers (made extra for another night)
Drinks: Coffee x 3 (with 2 sugars)
Cranberry Juice x 1 glass
Snacks: Mini Toffee Crisp x 1
Mini Twix x 1
Apple & Cinnimon muffins x 2
Yogurt with Strawberries x 1
No work today, but had a good walk around the city centre for exercise.
