So here are the bills and outgoings that me and DBF have
Outgoings:
Mortgage: 330
Rent: 90
Council Tax: 90
Gas: 35
Water: 25
Electric: 25
TV Licence: 11
Contents Cover: 15
Life Cover: 34
Dentist: 30
Car Insurance: 59
Car Loan: 140
Bank Loan: 118
Total Outgoings: 1002
Other
Food: 100
Petrol: 100
Other: 50
My Pay: (after tax's) 370 x 2 = 740
DBF Pay: (after tax's) 390 x 2 = 780
Total: = 1520
Left Over: = 268
The rent we pay is to cover the buildings insurance and for upkeep of the grounds and car park. The flat is a building in a housing association area so any work that needs to be done the building they have to do and the rent covers that, last Christmas they replaced all the guttering and fascias on every building.
The bank loan ends in October and the car insurance will go down in October too. The car is paid off in Jan 2011.
I have a calendar with all the dates on it and how much goes out so ican keep track.
I & DBF have got small CC balances totalling about £200 but they are being paid off currently. I got two big-ish dentist bills i had to put on there. Good thing is that DBF's CC get us reward points for the supermarket we shop at so we get more money off vouchers![]()
