Frugal Lifestyle? Can I Keep Up With Myself

I went to see the nurse about my blood test results and she said she could see anything major causing me to not gain weight, but she did mention that i had a low iron count. She didnt really explain much.

I was also annoyed as my appointment was at 2.30 but i didnt go in until 2.45 the funny thing is that i was the only one in the waiting room and no-one else came or went.

Anyway i went into town afterwards to get he bus back home and went into Holland & Barrett ...

Today I had to go to work, but its extra few hours of work so its not that bad.

It hasnt stopped snowing since yesterday. It was on & off during the day then started again during the evening and hasnt stopped since, its currently just flurrying but its still coming down. There was a good 3 inches possibly more on the ground and my car had about 5 inches on the bonnet after i cleared the windscreen. Its a very snowy day - Thank you Russia, I love the snow and they are sending it in bucket loads. We currently have their artic blizzard weather. Its great!

I went out and took some pictures to add to the album.

My cat saw snow fall or the first time, and tried to catch it falling but she was looking out of the window at the time and kept hitting the window. So i let her out and she loved it jumpin up trying to catch it chasing it up the garden.

I have made most of my shopping list for thursday for when i next go to the store. I also made a note of what i still have in teh freezer as me and DBF are going on vacation in 5 weeks i would like to have msot of the food we have eaten and have some space made.

With all the options in the freezer and what i am getting from shopping i have the following to have / make:

Chicken tonight with rice or potatoes x 2
Homemade pizza
Chicken Pies carrots & potatoes ...
