I don't know about most others, but I'm so glad to see this year over!
We've had so much upheaval with the selling of our house, moving into a transitionary housing situation while the sellers could get close enough to finish their house so they could move out, and we could move in, to finishing up our 6th year of homeschooling, our cat & hamster dying, to getting the kids started back into p.school, & then Mike starting online classes.
I'm so ready

Wow! I've been lax with posting regularly on my blog.
It's been over 3 months!
I need to get better in this area!
For the next two months I will be getting things in order for Cricketlegs year's worth stockpiling challenge.
I think this is a great time to begin this and I've wanted to add to my continuing stockpile since moving into our house back in March.
Getting our completely emptied stockpile going, has been a bit harder than I expected.
I've been trying hard to get back on an early morning schedule, since school will be starting back up next week.
I guess I've done it.
I went partial grocery shopping yesterday. I spent $70.00 at SAL & another $120.00 at Wal-mart, although it was actually $100.00 'cause I bought my 15 ds. a computer game that he's been asking for, for awhile now, and he actually gave me the cash to pay for it.
So, I guess that's not too bad, but I still have probably another
I decided to join the August grocery challenge, yet again.
I've tried this 3 times before and can *never* come in at my budget amount, I always go over.
But I've recommitted myself yet again this upcoming month to try and stay within budget.
So, we'll see how it goes.
This upcoming month will be the first month we've implemented our budget and I know it's gonna end up a little confuzzled.
Because we have almost $140.00 worth of past due amounts,

Getting our finances under control was *the* big goal I made for myself this year, and with so many things that's happened, it's been a bit difficult to keep on top of my budget.
But I pulled it out again last week, and updated amounts and wrote down all our bills, etc., etc.
The good thing is, that we have money to pay all of our bills, with some left over, the bad news is, we've had to use some of our EF, during the move and getting settled.
Which really stinks.
