I feel bad for other peoples animals that they dont take care of. BUT i sure dont like them coming onto my property and attacking my animals either. So far 2 out of 4 nites we have has some dogs come in and go after the goats. I have small nigerian dwarf goats that are no challenge for dogs the size of a small horse. Last nite i checked every hr to see if they had come back. I feel bad as i had the gun loaded and ready to go if needed. I have spent lots of money doctoring them up since the last attack. Puncture wounds and large teeth gash marks. These arent the first dogs to come in, we had 2dogs come in and take out 40 of my chickens, i had to put them down as i knew that they would be back. This is just a vent as i feel sorry for my animals that trust me to provide a safe place for them to live and this happened. We are working on putting up a property perimeter fence but with both of us working full time and just us 2 it takes time. But this has lite the fire and we got 400 feet put up last nite. Now we just have another 1000 feet to go....lol. We never had any problems like this till we cleared the property line to install the fence, now it seems like we opened the animal interstate around our property. Like i said just a vent!
