Well I have been busy. I put in my notice to quit my job as of the end of July. I haven't told my employees yet. I will after I get back from Ohio. I gave a 6week notice as I had already scheduled 2 weeks vacation. I have been cleaning my desk out anyway. I am partially done. It is a little scary but I am, glad I made up my mind to go. I will take a traveling position if I must, but I have a great paying option that will hopefully be coming in 1-3 months up around Sacramento. So I may be moving closer to Mad Hen. I have begun to look at property. I will have to rent or lease option as we want to keep the cash from the husbands buyout as our emergency fund. Also our house needs additional fix up before renting it out so we will spend some $ on that. I am trying to use up our stockpile of food- Which is huge.I am trying to get dental and medical done before switching insurance again. I am looking forward to the weather as it is getting hot here in Socal. Our 5 bedroom house will rentout for $2500-3000 a month. I would rather rent it out by the room and my husband wants to rent it out to one family. I can't see someone paying that kind of rent. So I am worried about vacancy. I think we can find something really nice for $1500-1800 up north but with the dogs it might be harder.
