I found a rental house in Roseville, CA. It is not the homestead that I would like but it is a newer house that the husband will enjoy. It will give us more time to look for a good buy. The DH will be sending the furniture etc by mover on Sept 11th. I will go down and help move the pets on the weekend of the 17th.
