Imarachne

My car is old and is now undriveable. Don't know what's wrong with it but I'm hoping to get it fixed soon. Its gonna snow tonight and I'm almost halfway done with a baby afghan. Maybe I'll get it finished. Got a few plans for 2013. I'll be 72 and fortunately in good health to get them done.

I have so much to look forward to this year ! But I also need o buckle down and get a grip on my money (or the lack of it !!). I'm in the process of getting my affairs straightened out and with all the comments on the forums, I'll be able to make the most of my resources.
Onward and upward !!

Its like a monsoon and I had to go to the drugstore--Yuk ! Maybe tomorrow it will stop. It seems like we've really had a lot this fall.
Count down to Christmas under way--I've still got several gifts to finish making. I love the excitement and flurry of making stuff. No wonder January is so boring !

I haven't been feeling well and haven't posted to this blog. I am getting more ready for the holidays though and I'm going to a charity luncheon tomorrow. I haven't met a lot of the members because some meet in another city.
I vow to be more productive in my charity activities and learn more ways to do more.

I've got so much to be thankful for--my family and friends. We spent the day laughing, remembering past holidays, eating too much and feeling the love. My other daughter and her family couldn't be with us but they will soon.
