I have some big goals along with some new changes for this coming year.
I started the school year homeschooling my youngest through a virtual school. She had some behavioral problems last year in kindergarden so i thought this would be better than driving to school all the time, etc. We both learned alot. I saw how smart she was, the best ways for her to learn and grasp subjects, and we had fun. But she was missing a social life and other kids. I had her enrolled in sports and took her places...it just wasnt the same.
And I just couldn't find the time
I didn't make my August goal of $800 to fix my car. BUT a friend is going to fix my car for me next month for the cost of parts which he is going to pay for. I'll have to pay him back and expects it when I get my tax refund. School starts tomorrow, my oldest goes to public school and my youngest homeschool. I have to wait until next week to buy my oldest some clothes and my youngest shoes.
Things are slowly getting brighter
I have $32 saved towards my $800 goal. Not going so well, and other things have come up. I have $250 coming in next week. I still need to buy that wifi and I need gas for my car again. Thinking, thinking, thinking
I thought I could save $26-30 a day to reach my goal. Not happening. Need to rethink how to save money.
