Ok, so I'm back from holiday now. We finally took our honeymoon - a cruise around the Med - and are back with all our frugal intentions in place. A week of having everything we could possibly want provided has been amazing, but we came home to a slightly leaky loo and cold and rainy weather! I'm still wobbly from being more than a tad seasick, so I'm grateful for a couple of extra days off work so I can regain my balance.

Now, I've done a mealplan for the week so I know what we're doing. Sadly, we had to put the heating on as it is rather cool here - I'm sat under a blanket alternating between doing my cross stitch and surfing for recipe ideas. I'm tempted to have an OAMC day soon to stock up the freezer, so I'm in my element really

Tonight, we're having a Thai Prawn Curry with Rice (from a jar of sauce in the cupboard ). Tomorrow, chilli, and the list goes on. We stopped in Tunisia, Italy, France and Corsica, so my culinary vocabulary has been widened. I love it. For the first time I tried calamari, and I had the nicest cannelloni and a tagine - mmmm.

Anyway, I had better get back to the sewing!
