Waking up at 4 a.m.

This morning I woke up at four a.m. My arm was killing me. Ever since we painted the bathroom it has been bothering me. It has improved but my wing area has been annoying. Ice helped for a bit but I stopped doing that. Right now I use advil but I should try heat today. I can not keep getting up at 4 a.m. That is a little too early. It makes me want a nap in the afternoon. My sister took dd to Columbus flea market. I haven't been there in about 20 years. It is in the Trenton area. They have lots of things. I gave dd money for produce and basil plants. Thought I had some in a mixed pot I bought. Turns out I don't. Hope they have some. I love basil. Got a book on making coldframes. Want to make one for this winter or a hoop house. I have plastic I can use for a hoop house. I'll post what I make.

Hope your arm feels better! Must be the day for 4am waking. Me too but woke up with a charlie horse.
