Weigh in day, and I lost a whopping .2 pounds. Sigh. Well, at least I didn't GAIN any weight!
Other than a slight emotional backslide which led me to eating another marbled chocolate banana loaf, I tried not to let the TINY amount of weight I lost get to me. For the most part, I did stick to a healthy eating plan. I had oatmeal with rice milk and salad, and snacked on roasted soybeans. Got about 5 glasses of water down.
I did go for a 4-mile walk and I did weights (upper body).
Spent the rest of the day painting my bathroom and scraping paint out of my hair.
Not too terrible of a day, overall. Considering it was a weekend, I think I got a B- today. I didn't ever really get out of my "casual" clothes, but that was because I was doing things that required casual wear. I did well with my meals. Could have done better with the water.
