Everyday Escapades: The Story of a Girl

Well, it is Halloween and Day 3 of my "spend $25/week" challenge! Day 1 (Wed, Oct 29th) went well, and I followed all my meals... and the same as Day 2!! It feels good to be eating until I'm full and not to have to think about dinner or what to bring for lunch.

Good evening! This month I have joined a challenge on FV that has one goal: spend only $25/week per person on groceries for the ENTIRE month. The idea is to simulate living on food stamps for the month. My month starts this Oct. 29th, 2006 and my first grocery shopping was today. Below is my shopping list w/prices:
