I guess I should get back here more often, but life just gets in the way.
In april, our nearly 15 year old grey, Penny, was euthanized. Osteosarcoma of the pelvis. She was in pain, and it was our time to say goodbye.
In May, Gus our 14.5 year old grey, Gus, was euthanized after living a month pain free post osteosarcoma diagnosis. Amputation was not an option.
We had a bit of sadness and still miss them greatly. Doug and Yardman are doing well. Battle will be undergoing Laryngeal Tie Back surgery on Monday the 21st. Scares the heck out of me, but I nkow he is in good hands.
Overall, life keeps moving along. Lately I've been working a lot and frankly, I'm :toast:.
But it's all to the greater good. Battle's surgery will be paid for, cash only.
Thanks for reading.
