I had a spring clean of the bedroom and found an old empty ink cartridge for the printer and something reminded me that the store i shop is involved in recycling cartridges and other items. So anyway i found out if i send it in they will give me 100 clubcard points - which are collected after 3 months (you get a point for every £1 spend instore online or on petrol) each point is worth 0.01p when converted to money off vouchers. Well i went to see the nurse today about gaining weight, and she said i should just eat more in the ways of snacking eating more rice pasta and potatoes, staple items basically. She said what i eat is fairly healthy tho.
I am having a blood test in 2 weeks so they can see if anything is causing me not to gain weight and she is going to do a hormone test too as she asked about periods, which mine are irregular still after 9 years. The things we women have

So, after spending several hours figuring what we are really paying out, I revised my snowball, and changed the dates I pay bills.
All bills are being paid on the 1st or 2nd. I have all except one bill in hand on the 1st. I am doing an estimate based on previous bills, as it rarely changes and paying it on the 1st as well. Should it be any more, then I'll pay the difference when I get the bill. This way, i have a working amount.

Finding Joy in Meaningless Tasks
Spending an afternoon working on the car, gardening, or even cleaning the house can be fun when we have an interest in the project. Yet, we can also find joy in the chores and tasks we don't especially like. Lunch - Spaghetti with meat sauce
Supper - Chicken caccitore
Snack yogurt with all bran(YUM)
I have to say, I was hungry at bedtime, and I hadn't used all my daily points. The snack put me over by 1 point, but I had activity points, so it all balanced.
