Some background info about me...
I am a homeschooling mom of 3 (17,14,11). Eldest is a high performance athlete and 14 year old is a wannabe (he is getting there).
They eat like horses. On tough training days they consume easily 6000 calories!
Last September I was spending $900 a month on Groceries and our debts were slowly increasing rather than decreasing and I panicked. I began to work on getting our debt under control but I didn't have alot of leeway in
Today was the longest day...EVER!
It was our first payroll run with the new companies, so I was at work until 9:30pm, I was at work since 8:00am and I didn't leave for lunch. Well after my first week, I still have $6 left in my grocery budget!
So tomorrow I can add another $50 so I will have $56 and if I can get my $3 back from save-on I will have $59!
Got off to a fantastic start today! Before leaving for work, I walked 20 minutes on the treadmill, drank my eight glasses of water, and worked out with the free weights.
I dressed very business casual and took a bit of time to do my make-up and hair. Kind of ruined the look with my "Phillip Morris" jacket (gift from my mother's friend, who earned it by smoking enough Marlboro's to kill a horse), but it is cold outside and my PM jacket is very warm. I've been using it
