I am just unwinding a little after work. My kids are helping get ready to sell some of my antiques. I am now surrounded by glassware, dolls, and collectibles. They are pricing things for a trip to the Rose Bowl swap meet. I really love dish ware. But will have to part with most of it.I would like to use the money to pay down my debt. I am really tired but the checks are coming in handy. I was listening to the Gold line show and sure enough Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, besides Lehman Bros ...
Another busy day...but productive I am always so amazed about how much learning occurs even when no "school" is on. While Dd16 and Ds were at the club working out. Dd10 and I went to the library. We both signed up for the summer reading club... lots of free fun to look forward to. But she also took out many novels ...all historical fiction. Great opportunities to learn. She also took out some general Canadian History and Geography books.... making me feel all warm and fuzzy ...
For Lily -- I just need to get it wrapped and in the mail. At least I'm finally getting something accomplished!
I'm gonna try blogging, as I love reading them all maybe i can try keeping one.... Going from stay at home mom , to part time working mom...to stave off increasing prices.. I am a cashier at walmart, they are great with my shifts, they allow me to be available when my husband is home to take care of the kids. I also get 10% off all groceries and any items they have...i also get price matching and then my 10% on top of that... With my extensive management ...
I am really tired, but just can't quite go to sleep. I really enjoy both jobs. I just wish I had more than 24 hours in a day. I was going to quit the evening job but my co workers and supervisor do not want me to quit. I enjoy the job and the money. Which I need for house fix up and debt right now.So I am going to try and tough it out.My 16 year old and 24 year old are going thru a small portion of my antiques and collectibles to start selling on ebay and I want to put that into debt repayment.Sorry ...
