Getting our finances under control was *the* big goal I made for myself this year, and with so many things that's happened, it's been a bit difficult to keep on top of my budget.
But I pulled it out again last week, and updated amounts and wrote down all our bills, etc., etc.
The good thing is, that we have money to pay all of our bills, with some left over, the bad news is, we've had to use some of our EF, during the move and getting settled.
Which really stinks.

I am a big hockey fan, mostly because of my husband. When we met he had season tickets to the local hockey team and played roller hockey. So, I now go to all the games for the local hockey team and also to most of his games. Last year, we got involved with the Booster Club. Dh know's a couple people in it, the current VP and his wife. We sit near them during the games. So, this year, dh was elected as a Member

Here's a lsit of changes I have made that allowed me to get this result:
-carry lunch to work with me
-drink the staff room coffee instead of Tim Horton's
-walk instead of paying for public

I have another 3k in tuition payment coming up. My older daughter has 2 more classes fall to hopefully finish up at least her AA degree. My other daughter in Austin finally got a job, so she can save up for the wedding. I am trying to save for the wedding, I am aiming for around 15k but not sure I will be able to do it. I am
