I take HCTZ for my BP. . . I know I'm supposed to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. However, we've had such rotten weather lately, and today was nice. So I picked strawberries, picked cherries, mowed the pasture.

Now , I have bad burns on both knees and my forearms.

Afraid to post, afraid to read most threads. I can't take the whirlwind of craziness here, right now.

Maybe surgery is a good thing, since I won't be able to sit with my legs down afterward. That means I won't be able to veg in front of the computer, and get my BP up.

We had to sit in the locker rooms twice at dress rehearsal. Crop fields look like lakes this evening - and flash flood warnings are posted for several counties. I' really glad I wasn't working tonight. They said a tornado hit a few blocks from work. I can only imagine the chaos that was there.

This is getting nuts -- here I am on vacation, and I can't leave the house, because I'm waiting on the darn doctor to call about my surgery. I've already wasted most of the week

The surgeon's scheduler was in the office yesterday, but didn't have time to call me. Now she's out of the office again. So I wasted an entire day yesterday sitting around waiting on them, now I guess I'm supposed to waste the rest of the week waiting on them. I took a vacation this week for a reason, and sitting around waiting on them to call was not it!
