Okay, it is late and I'm tired, so this will be short and sweet.
Eaten today: 2 cups of coffee, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 tall caramel macchiato (Starbucks), 1 sandwich bag of sweet potato chips, one bowl of brussels sprouts. Drank 8 glasses of water and took my vitamins. Drank 4-5 swigs of soy milk throughout the day.
I did my push-ups this morning, then walked two miles, and I did my sit-ups tonight.
I'm going with a B- today, only because I caved ...
