Another scattered kind of day. Again, I'm going from memory, and my memory isn't great right now, but I'll do my best.
Exercise. Nada. Nothing. Zip. Zippo.
Water. Got my eight glasses in!! Woo hoo!!
Diet. Okay, let's see. 2 cups of coffee in the morning, followed by a yogurt with some granola. Approx 2/3 cup of sunflower seeds. Approx 1 cup of cherries. One bowl of HM veggie soup.
