Doesn't everyone get pensive this time of year? I do lots of thinking and wanting to do lots of changes for the new year, but being realistic what can't we do that any day of the year?? As my hubby says it's just another day!
I resolve to track the spending I do on a daily basis.
To count the steps I do - to increase them and make it a habit by March '10.
To make my goal wt by my 50th birthday this year - November '10 A 50 pound wt loss!!!!
