  1. Easy Two-Egg Cake

    2 cups Self-Rising Flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Combine all ingredients; beat until smooth, about 2 minutes.

    Pour batter into two greased and floured 8-inch layer pans.

    Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.

    Remove from pan; cool.

    Makes two 8-inch cake layers.
