I didn't do as well as I hoped today, but compared to yesterday, I did great!
I had four glasses of water. I meant to drink water at work, but got caught up in what I was doing and forgot. So bad on the water.
I had oatmeal for breakfast, a half of a turkey sandwich with fries for lunch, and about a cup of sunflower seeds for dinner. (I bought a bag of roasted/salted the other day, so I've been munching on it.) I also snacked on a small snack bag of carrots ...
