Hereís a summary of my successes and misses for January, as well as my goals for February.
1. Lose a Pound a Week. By now I should have lost a total of four pounds. I started at 156 and should weigh 152. According to this mornings weigh-in, Iím at 153.6. I missed my goal by 1.6 pounds.
