I'll have to keep this one short, as it is already pretty late in the evening, and I have to get up at 3:00 am tomorrow (long story).
Anyhoo, I did pretty well today. Did 28 minutes on the treadmill (would have done 30, but the phone rang and I had to get it). Drank my eight glasses of water and spaced them out throughout the day.
Breakfast was oatmeal. I snacked on a banana, then ate "lunch" at about 3p. At about 8p, I ate a handful of banana chips, ...
