    Our military families are limited to doing their shopping for groceries and household items at the Commissaries and Post Exchanges on base, where prices are much more expensive than you will find in our stores in the U.S. Both the Commissaries and Post Exchanges allow the use of manufacturer's coupons up to 6 months past their expiration date.     Last night, I went online to order my groceries. I get them delivered. I only have to pay a delivery fee every two or three times (because I find codes). But we have no car and I find that I can buy things in larger quantities this way. It means less running to the convenience store, more likely to eat at home (because we're more likely to have groceries at home), etc.

    But I went on a rant to my husband about how groceries cost so much. None of the stores in our area double coupons. ...
