Well, to counterbalance yesterday, I did very well on the exercise today, but not so great in the food department!!
I didn't really do a breakfast/lunch/dinner thing. Instead, I think I ate a piece of carrot and had my coffee while making breakfast for everyone, then I had to run to the craft store to set up my booth.
